Yes, all products in the range are now suitable for Vegans.
Where can I buy Symington's table cream from?
Although under the Symington's name these products are not manufactured by Symington's. Please contact Suppercook who are the owners of Symington's table creams.
Where can I buy Creamola Rice pudding from?
Symington's no longer manufactures Creamola Rice pudding and therefore it will not be available for purchase. Symington's bought the Creamola brand name from Nestle but unfortunately Symington's has never manufactured this product.

Which Ainsley Harriott products do you manufacture?

Symington's manufactures all of the Ainsley Harriott range of dehydrated products, including Savoury Rice, Risotto, Dinner Kits, Amazing Grains, Cous Cous and Cup Soups.

Where can I buy William Rodgers Bombay Beans or Dahl from?
Symington's no longer manufactures William Rodgers Bombay Beans or Dahl and therefore it will not be available for purchase.
Where can I buy Crosse & Blackwell Bonne cuisine sauce range from?
We currently only supply Bonne Cuisine Hollandaise sauce to Booths Stores and the Bonne Cuisine Bechamel sauce to Sainsbury's Supermarkets. However, several major supermarkets have stocked Bonne Cuisine sauces in the past.

All other products in this range have been discontinued.

Please contact the Head Office of your local retailer to register your interest for these products to be sold.
Where can I buy Symington's Dandelion Coffee?
This product is no longer produced by Symington's.  However, we believe it can be purchased from Lanes Health (Tel: 01452 524 012). 
I do not understand the nutritional calculations on the packaging as they do not add up. Are they wrong?
We can assure you that the Nutritional Information for all our products is correct. Nutritional information is carried out by analysis using an accredited laboratory. Please check if the nutrition stated on pack is given for Cooked or Uncooked Product. If cooked, the weight of a portion will be more than the dry weight stated on the packaging.
Where can I buy Crosse & Blackwell Classic Creations sauces from?
Symington's no longer manufactures Crosse & Blackwell Classic Creations sauces and therefore it will not be available for purchase.
Where are your products produced?
All of the products that Symington's manufacture are made in our sites across Leeds and Bradford, England.
What is the average shelf life of your products?
On average all of our products have a shelf life of between 9 and 18 months. Specific use by and best before dates can be found on the product packaging.
If I have a problem with a product what should I do?
To enable us to carry out an investigation, please return (to the address stated on the packaging) any remaining uncooked product together with the complete packaging containing the best before end date and production codes. Please also enclose a description of the problem and your contact details.
Can I submit a recipe idea that involves using one of your products?
Yes, we are always on the lookout for new recipes that involve our products. You can send us a recipe using the contact us form

If Wheat, Barley, Oats or Gluten is not stated under the Heading of Allergy Advice, then the product does not contain Gluten.
Where can I buy Symington's Simmer Soup?

Unfortunately, Symington's Simmer Soup has been discontinued.  However, why not try Campbell's Simmer Soups?  They are also free from colours, preservatives and flavours.
